Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for each key quick commerce platform, focusing on maximizing sales and market share.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at each platform.
- Proactively identify and address any platform-specific challenges or concerns.
Sales Strategy:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement tailored marketing campaigns on each platform to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
Product Listing and Inventory Management:
- Ensure accurate and attractive product listings with compelling descriptions and visuals.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries to fulfilment centers.
Pricing and Promotions:
- Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with platform policies and market dynamics.
- Negotiate promotional deals and discounts with platform partners.
- Monitor the impact of promotions on sales and profitability.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify insights and opportunities.
- Generate comprehensive reports to track performance and communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Knowledge of the D2C industry and emerging trends in Quick commerce platforms.
- Proven track record in sales and account management within the e-commerce or quick commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of online grocery delivery platforms and their operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Data-driven decision making with proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel
