Job Description
Were looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to drive business growth through Zepto and similar quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate has previously worked in a D2C brand and has fi rsthand experience managing relationships, merchandising, and operations with Q-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end relationship with Zepto and similar platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Instamart)
Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with brand and sales goals
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, ops) to ensure seamless execution on Zepto Track and analyze weekly performance, sell-through, and order fi ll rates
Ensure proper visibility of products (banners, search, combos) and maximize share of shelf
Negotiate promotions, margins, and campaign spends
Forecast demand accurately to reduce stockouts and improve availability
Ensure timely catalog updates, pricing changes, and compliance with Zeptos operational SLAs
Build strong working relationships with category managers at Zepto
