Job Description
Job Title: Key Account Manager - Provider Business
Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or Technology. MBA preferred
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Delhi NCR/Bangalore
About the Role: This role combines key account ownership with product leadership where you will manage key provider relationships, translate business needs into product requirements, and work with engineering to deliver solutions that drive adoption, outcomes, and growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and manage senior/C-suite relationships at key provider accounts.
- Drive governance, adoption, renewals, and expansions.
- Translate business needs into well-structured PRDs/BRDs with clear scope and success metrics.
- Partner with Engineering/Design across discovery, grooming, UAT, and release.
- Maintain complete data visibility for each account and share actionable insights.
- Identify cross-account patterns to shape a scalable product roadmap.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Key Account Management, Product, Consulting, or hybrid roles preferably in health-tech, SaaS, or healthcare services.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Data-driven approach with comfort analyzing account performance.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and request/response flows.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across regions on a need basis for account engagement.
