We are hiring a Key Account Manager with strong experience in the MVNO/MVNE/MNO ecosystem, telecom platforms, billing systems, and AI-driven operations.


Key Responsibilities

Account Management (MVNO/MNO)

  • Manage assigned client accounts as the primary point of contact
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning
  • Gather requirements, manage escalations, and ensure smooth coordination
  • Provide client feedback into product roadmap discussions


Account Growth

  • Drive upselling and cross-selling of platform services
  • Monitor KPIs, account health, adoption, and retention
  • Support renewals and growth strategies within existing accounts


Operations

  • Monitor billing accuracy, uptime, and telecom SLAs
  • Streamline BSS/OSS workflows and subscriber analytics
  • Drive automation and AI-based process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and GSMA standards


Program Management

  • Lead MVNO implementation projects from concept to launch
  • Coordinate integrations with MNO partners and third parties
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and delivery best practices


Required Qualifications

  • MBA from IIM/ISB or equivalent top-tier business school
  • 57+ years in telecom operations, MVNO/MVNE, or mobile technology roles
  • Strong knowledge of telecom platforms, billing systems (BSS/OSS), CRM
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for operations and analytics
  • Proven success managing telecom projects and service launches


Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma certification
  • AI/ML certifications (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.)
  • Experience with Amdocs, Oracle BRM, Ericsson Charging, Nokia BSS
  • Knowledge of cloud telecom platforms, APIs, IoT connectivity
