Key Account Manager Plateful Consulting (Delhi)


At Plateful Consulting, we partner with restaurants to enhance their online performance on Swiggy and Zomato through strategic consulting, data-driven insights, and operational excellence.

We are seeking an Account Manager who will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving performance growth, and ensuring smooth execution of our consulting deliverables.


Key Responsibilities:


1.) Manage day-to-day communication with restaurant partners and serve as their primary point of contact.

2.) Monitor brand performance across Swiggy and Zomato, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

3.) Prepare and present performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations.

4.) Collaborate with internal teams on menu optimization, creative updates, and marketing initiatives.

5.) Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and strategic support.


Requirements:


1.) 0-1 year of experience in account management, client servicing, or restaurant consulting.

2.) Strong understanding of the online food delivery ecosystem (Swiggy/Zomato experience preferred).

3.) Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.

4.) Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

5.) A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with attention to detail.
