Role Overview

We are looking for a Key Account Manager - E-commerce to own and scale Pintolas performance across key online marketplaces. This role will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving topline growth, executing platform marketing, and improving operational efficiency across channels like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, etc.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, execution-focused, and marketplace-savvy, with strong ownership mindset.


Key Responsibilities

Key Account Management

  • Own and manage key marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform category managers and account managers
  • Lead Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and quarterly growth discussions

Business Growth & Revenue

  • Drive GMV, revenue, and profitability across assigned platforms
  • Identify growth levers including assortment expansion, pricing, promos, and visibility
  • Monitor competitor activity and category trends

Platform Marketing & Visibility

  • Plan and execute platform marketing campaigns (Deals, Ads, Events, Brand Days)
  • Manage AMS / Flipkart Ads / Q-commerce promotions in coordination with internal teams
  • Optimize content, search visibility, and conversion metrics

Operations & Execution

  • Ensure stock availability, fill rates, and SLA adherence
  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to minimize OOS and cancellations
  • Own catalog hygiene, listings, and new product launches

Data & Reporting

  • Track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs:
  • GMV, ROAS, contribution margin, OOS, fill rate, conversion
  • Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for leadership
  • Use data to optimize pricing, discounts, and ad spends

Required Qualifications

  • Masters degree
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central or Flipkart
  • Experience in FMCG / Food / Nutrition / D2C brands preferred
  • Strong understanding of marketplace ads, promos, and algorithms
  • Excellent Excel & data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
