Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering top-notch customer service. You will manage and grow existing accounts by developing business plans, identifying growth opportunities, resolving customer issues, and analyzing account performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and strategic account management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science / Arts or any related degree or diploma
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in account management preferably in Dermatology / Cosmetology
- Proficiency in Account Management and Key Accounts relationship building
- Experience in Business Planning and strategic account development
- Excellent Customer Service skills and client-centric mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
