Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing Executive

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

• Independently manage influencer campaigns end to endfrom brief to final reporting
• Ensure timely execution across onboarding, content approvals, posting, and closures

2. Influencer Identification & Onboarding

• Shortlist relevant creators aligned with brand objectives and target audience
• Onboard influencers with clear briefs, timelines, and deliverable expectations

3. Cost Negotiation & ROI Optimization

• Negotiate influencer commercials to achieve optimal cost-to-impact ratio
• Ensure budget adherence and maximise campaign ROI

4. Creative Alignment & Quality Control

• Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Manage revisions and approvals without impacting timelines

5. Campaign Monitoring & Risk Management

• Track live campaign performance and proactively flag risks or delays
• Resolve execution issues with minimal operational gaps

6. Reporting & Performance Insights

• Deliver structured, insight-driven post-campaign reports to clients and internal teams
• Analyse performance metrics and highlight learnings and improvement areas

7. Stakeholder Coordination

• Maintain smooth coordination with influencers, internal teams, and clients
• Ensure clear communication and accountability at every stage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3+ years' of relevant work experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
