Key Account Manager (KAM) Beauty Marketplaces

Role Overview

The Key Account Manager Beauty Marketplaces will own and drive the performance of Foxtale across key beauty marketplaces.This role will be responsible for P&L ownership, account growth, data analysis, and strategic planning to scale revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace & Account Management

  • Own and manage key beauty marketplace accounts including Nykaa, Tira , and other relevant platforms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for marketplace category teams, account managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Drive visibility, traffic, and conversions across platforms through strong account execution.

P&L Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end P&L for assigned marketplaces, ensuring revenue growth while maintaining healthy margins.
  • Plan and manage budgets across promotions, ads, and trade spends.
  • Track profitability at SKU and category level and recommend corrective actions.

Growth & Performance Strategy

  • Plan monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, launches, and promotional calendars in alignment with business goals.
  • Execute marketplace campaigns, brand days, sales events, and exclusives.
  • Identify opportunities for assortment expansion, pricing optimisation, and new initiatives.

Data & Analytics

  • Track and analyse marketplace performance metrics including GMV, ROI, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, and inventory health .
  • Leverage data to identify growth levers, underperforming SKUs, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for leadership reviews.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure best-in-class listings, creatives, and brand storytelling.
Requirements
  • 36 years of experience managing beauty or FMCG marketplace accounts .
  • Proven experience in P&L management and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C environment.
