Hiring: Key Account Manager / Customer Success Manager from a Freight Forwarding Industry / Experience 2-3yrs / Sales Candidate who are interested for Key Account Management / Inside Sales Role (Office Job)

Location: Chennai

Compensation: Up to 12 LPA (depending on the experience)

We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales / Business Development professional from the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry who understands large customer relationships and knows how to grow accounts.

This role is ideal for someone currently working as a Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager, or Large Account Manager in logistics who wants to move into a strategic account growth role.

What Youll Be Doing

Manage and grow large enterprise customer accounts across India

Work closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery

Identify untapped business opportunities within existing customers

Drive account expansion, cross-selling, and relationship management

Coordinate with multiple branches / distribution centres across India

Build long-term partnerships with key clients and decision makers

Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality

Who Were Looking For

38 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Supply Chain industry

Currently working as BDM / Key Account Manager / Sales Manager / Customer Success Manager

Experience handling large accounts and enterprise clients

Strong relationship management and business development skills

Ability to work across multiple locations and teams
