ZillOut is looking for a hungry, relationship-driven Key Account Manager to join our Business Development team in Kolkata.

Role Snapshot

Role: Key Account Manager

Location: Kolkata

Department: Business Development

Type of Role: Client-facing, travel-heavy within the city (regular visits to partner restaurants and key accounts)

What Youll Do

This isnt a pure desk job youll be out in the market, building and nurturing relationships every week.

• Acquire and onboard new restaurant partners to ZillOut

• Regularly visit existing clients to:
• Strengthen relationships
• Understand their pain points and goals
• Improve platform adoption and performance
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience

• Collaborate with internal teams (ops, product, support, sales, marketing) to drive outcomes for your accounts

• Analyse data, performance, and trends to prepare reports and present actionable insights to clients and leadership

• Track market movements & competition across the F&B ecosystem

• Share on-ground feedback with leadership to help shape strategy and product decisions

Were Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 03 years of experience (freshers with strong drive are welcome)
• Is a graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Is comfortable travelling across the city for client visits and reviews
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset and thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
• Loves building long-term relationships and can balance empathy with accountability and targets
