Job Description

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client and merchant accounts for Loyal Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. The role focuses on strengthening long-term partnerships, driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and acting as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Own and manage relationships with assigned key Merchant Partners and enterprise clients.
  2. Drive revenue growth through account expansion, upselling, cross-selling, and improved account penetration.
  3. Ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts in coordination with operations, finance, and compliance teams.
  4. Act as the single point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high service levels.
  5. Monitor account performance, usage trends, and commercial metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  6. Conduct regular business reviews with Merchant Partners to track performance and align on growth plans.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, Tech,Projects and Supply Chain) to ensure delivery excellence.
  8. Forecast account-level revenue and maintain accurate reporting on pipelines and renewals.
  9. Ensure contract compliance, renewals, and adherence to agreed commercial terms.
  10. Gather client feedback and market insights to improve offerings and enhance customer experience.
  11. Build long-term, trust-based relationships to ensure retention and reduce churn.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, or B2B sales (food tech / hospitality preferred).
  3. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, operations-heavy environment.
  5. Data-driven mindset with experience in account reporting and forecasting.
