About the job
As a Key Account Manager at All Things Baby, you would oversee growth, distribution and customer experience for a portfolio of globally renowned international brands that are distributed across India exclusively by AllThingsBaby.
This is a P&L management role that enables you to directly contribute towards the long-term scale and sustainability of the ATB Brands Business.
Responsibilities
- Be the relationship lead for your portfolio of key brand partnerships.
- Responsible for end-to-end ownership and execution of growth strategies for your brand portfolio and for its presence across:
-retail platform
- online marketplaces
-offline retail footprint & general trade outlets across India
- Manage inventory procurement as well as inventory health for your brand portfolio.
- Own and execute product launches, 360-degree brand-building campaigns and promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness and recall.
- Regularly analyse and report on key performance metrics (revenue, profitability, traffic, engagement) to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives undertaken, as well as to identify and execute on areas for optimization.
Qualifications
MBA preferred, but not mandatory
3+ years of relevant experience within retail and brand management, preferably within an e-commerce or omni-channel setup
Strong analytical skills (especially in Excel) along with strong presentation abilities are essential.
Highly proficient with buying and inventory management
