Job Summary

As a Key Account Manager at Ferring India you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our most valuable clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring their continued success. You will leverage your expertise in pharmaceutical sales and strategic account management to achieve ambitious business objectives.

Responsibilities

* **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with key accounts, acting as their primary point of contact and understanding their evolving needs.
* **Sales Strategy & Execution:** Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales within assigned key accounts, incorporating market intelligence and customer analysis.
* **Commercial Acumen:** Drive digital sales initiatives and utilize multi-channel marketing approaches to engage with customers and optimize sales performance.
* **Customer Success:** Proactively manage customer success, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Ferring products.
* **Communication & Collaboration:** Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including marketing, medical, and support teams, to deliver comprehensive solutions to key accounts.
* **Market Intelligence:** Stay abreast of market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
* **Results Delivery:** Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, demonstrating a strong focus on delivering measurable results.
* **Adaptability:** Display resilience and adaptability in a dynamic market environment, adjusting strategies as needed to overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
* **Self-Management:** Proactively manage your own workload, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate strong organizational skills to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in Key Account Management within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Demonstrated ability to Communicate Effectively with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform Customer Analysis and leverage Market Intelligence.
* Expertise in Customer Relationship Management and Customer Success Management principles.
* A track record of consistently delivering results and exceeding sales targets.
* Experience with Digital Sales and Multi-Channel Marketing strategies.
* Ability to Display Resilience and Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent ability to Manage Self, including time management and prioritization.
* In-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical Sales processes and regulations.
* Proficiency in Sales Optimization techniques and developing effective Sales Strategy.
* Exceptional Selling skills with a consultative approach.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to Work Collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
