This full-time, on-site Key Account Manager - Ecommerce role is based in Mumbai. The role involves managing relationships with key accounts in the food industry, developing comprehensive business plans, and driving customer-focused strategies to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data to optimize sales performance, and providing exceptional customer support. The role entails close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of e-commerce initiatives and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in Account Management and demonstrated experience handling key accounts
• Experience with Business Planning and formulating strategies that drive revenue growth
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability to manage and grow Key Accounts
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and understanding of the food industry is highly desirable
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
