We have an exciting opportunity of Key Accounts Manager ECOM for our leading D2C client in personal Care

This role will report to Business Head for personal care product, sold via e-commerce marketplaces, quick commerce, and expanding modern trade channels like DMart. Strong digital-first model with high profitability positions it for omnichannel growth.

We seeks to hire KAM to drive growth across Ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa etc and Modern trade account like DMart. This role emphasizes expanding the q-commerce (quick commerce) channel to boost top line revenue and market penetration in the competitive FMCG/consumer goods space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for ecommerce marketplaces, including listings, catalog management, pricing, inventory planning, promotions, and advertising (e.g., Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) to meet growth targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key accounts like DMart, leading joint business plans (JBPs), periodic reviews, trade term negotiations, and resolving operational issues for sustained partnerships.
  • Drive q-commerce channel expansion (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) through forecasting, stock availability, new product introductions, and performance analytics to optimize ROI and margins.
  • Monitor account P&L, sales data, competitor trends, and KPIs; prepare forecasts, reports, and recommendations to align with brand's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, product) for seamless execution, compliance, and innovations like combos or visibility campaigns.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • 4+ years in ecommerce/key accounts management within FMCG/consumer goods, with proven success scaling sales on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and q-commerce platforms.
  • Strong expertise in channel strategy, P&L ownership, digital advertising, and relationship management; familiarity with DMart or similar modern trade accounts preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with tools for data-driven decisions; excellent communication for cross functional and partner interactions.
  • Bachelor's/MBA in Business/Marketing; based in India (Mumbai/Bangalore preferred for proximity to key markets).
