Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct regular business reviews and meetings with clients to assess needs and identify opportunities for growth.
Sales Strategy Development:
Create and implement account strategies to maximize revenue and market share within key accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Revenue Growth:
Achieve sales targets and objectives for assigned key accounts. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the account portfolio.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and challenges.
Provide insights to the management team regarding market conditions and client feedback.
Reporting and Forecasting:
Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and forecasts for management review.
Analyze account performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
