Key Responsibilities:
* Drive *Project Sales* with builders, developers, PMCs, and contractors
* Handle *Institutional Sales* for hotels, hospitals, corporates, and large organizations
* Manage *Government Sales* with PWD, CPWD, Smart City, Water Boards, Housing Boards, and other govt bodies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and decision-makers
* Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business
* Negotiate pricing, create quotations, and close high-value deals
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 510 years of experience in *Project / Institutional / Government Sales
* Strong contact base in Kerala construction and government ecosystem
* Background in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, faucets, tiles, or building materials
