Key Account Manager

Role Overview:

This is a hybrid role combining new business acquisition and key account management . You will own and grow strategic banking and institutional accounts , drive revenue, and ensure long-term customer success for our data and intelligence solutions .

Youll work closely with senior stakeholders at banks and financial institutions , and collaborate with product, analytics, and leadership teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.

This role is ideal for candidates from banking or B2B fintech backgrounds with a consultative, solution-led selling approach .

What Youll Do:

• Acquire new institutional clients and expand existing accounts
• Build long-term relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
• Engage with Credit, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Senior Business stakeholders
• Present solutions, conduct demos, and lead commercial discussions
• Own accounts end-to-end: acquisition, growth, renewals, and retention

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in:
• Corporate/Transaction/Business/Wholesale Banking

OR

• B2B fintech selling to banks or financial institutions
• Proven experience managing enterprise or institutional clients
• Familiarity with CMS, payments, trade finance, lending, or risk workflows
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Comfort working in a tech-led or fintech environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data, analytics, risk, compliance, or intelligence platforms
• Understanding of banking decision-making processes and buying committees
