Were looking for a Key Account Manager someone who enjoys working with people, understands business, and can keep relationships strong without turning every call into a sales pitch or a therapy session.

What Youll Be Doing (On Most Days)

  • Be the go-to person for a group of important customers who already use and depend on our platform.
  • Build solid relationships the kind where customers call you first, not because something broke, but because they value your input.
  • Understand how our product fits into the customers world and help them get more value from it.
  • Work with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to make sure everyone is rowing in the same direction (or at least the same lake).
  • Spot opportunities for renewals, expansions, or improvements and talk about them like a normal human.
  • Handle questions, concerns, and the occasional urgent email that turns out to be not that urgent.
  • Keep track of account health, usage, and outcomes so nothing sneaks up on us.


What Were Looking For

  • Experience managing customer or key accounts in SaaS, healthcare, or B2B technology .
  • Someone who can talk to customers comfortably from operations folks to leadership without using buzzwords as a crutch.
  • Organized enough to stay on top of details, flexible enough to handle surprises.
  • Good judgment, good communication, and a calm head when things get busy.
  • A sense of responsibility and a sense of humor (both come in handy).
