About Us: Troopod is an AI-powered Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and technology partner for D2C and eCommerce brands. We help businesses transform their digital presence into high-performing growth engines - combining data, design, and experimentation to drive measurable impact. Our cross-functional teams work across CRO strategy, tech, and design to help brands improve user experience, retention, and revenue performance.
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Working Model: Hybrid
Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 11 AM - 7PM
Budget: 7 - 9 LPA (depending on experience)

Youll lead client growth and conversion strategy , work directly with exciting D2C and eCommerce brands, implement your ideas, and build outcomes alongside a collaborative team. Responsibilities
1. Lead Strategy & Relationships
- Act as the strategic lead and primary contact for key clients - from onboarding to renewals.
- Build long-term partnerships by ensuring alignment, measurable growth, and high satisfaction.
- Lead business reviews showcasing impact, not just activity.
- Collaborate with tech, design, and analytics teams for seamless execution and consistent delivery.
- Mentor a small client success team, ensuring operational excellence and focus on outcomes over tasks.
2. Drive Growth & Performance
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Troopods service suite.
- Own account revenue, retention, and success metrics.
- Partner with D2C and eCommerce brands to improve ROAS, funnel efficiency, and conversion rates through experimentation.
3. Strategize, Optimize & Execute
- Analyze websites, ad journeys, and user funnels to identify CRO opportunities.
- Work hands-on with internal teams to plan and implement A/B or multivariate tests, personalization, and landing page optimizations.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and VWO to translate insights into data-backed strategies and measurable growth.
Requirements:
- 25 years of experience in Client Success, CRO, or Performance Marketing with D2C, eCommerce brands, or SaaS products.
- Strong command of Google Analytics (mandatory), with working knowledge of Shopify and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience using CRO and testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and web design fundamentals.
- Proven ability to create and lead CRO strategies that drive measurable conversion improvements.
- Analytical, collaborative, and confident in leading clients both independently and through a team.
- Bonus: Exposure to CRO or marketing agencies, AI-led personalization, or growth frameworks.
