Job Description
We are hiring for a leading FinTech and Payments organization providing large-scale digital transaction and payment solutions to enterprise customers. The role focuses on strategic relationship management, revenue expansion, and enterprise account leadership.
Experience:
- Overall 6+ years of experience
- Minimum 3+ years in Key Account Management (enterprise/strategic accounts)
- Minimum 2+ years in Payment Gateways , Payment Service Providers, or FinTech (Payments)
Location: Mumbai (Onsite)
Role Brief:
This is a strategic KAM role responsible for managing high-value enterprise payment clients, driving revenue growth, ensuring business retention, and strengthening long-term partnerships.
Mandatory Requirements:
Background in Payment Gateway / Payment Aggregator
Must have handled Online Payment Business
Strong understanding of payment processing lifecycle
Key Responsibilities:
Own and grow strategic enterprise payment accounts
Drive upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and revenue expansion
Lead senior stakeholder and C-level engagement
Manage commercials, contracts, and negotiations
Drive Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic discussions
Ensure client success through internal collaboration with product and tech teams
