Hiring for one of Indias leading manufacturers, importers, and distributors of food ingredients,


Role: Strategic Key Account Leader Global B2B Sales - Food Ingredients

Location: Bangalore (No Relocation)

Working Days: 6 Days (2nd & 4th Off)

Comp: Upto 35 Lacs

Industry: Food Ingredients / Dairy Ingredients / Nutri Ingredients

What Were Looking For:

5-15 years of experience in B2B Sales / Key Account Management

Strong background in B2B food ingredients, dairy, FMCG, or industrial products

Experience handling global or multinational customers

Strong negotiation & commercial acumen

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with R&D and technical teams

Exposure to international markets or export business will be an added advantage.


What Youll Be Responsible For:

Driving monthly & quarterly revenue growth from global and strategic accounts

Building long-term customer relationships through consultative, solution-based selling

Leading technical product presentations and application discussions

Acting as a bridge between customers, global suppliers & R&D teams

Managing price negotiations, contracts & commercial agreements

Expanding specialty ingredient portfolio across relevant applications

Preparing forecasts, pipeline reviews & business projections

Tracking global market trends and competitive insights
