Local Rentals : Our Local Cab Rental service provides time-based (hourly) rentals with dedicated availability and flexibility, catering to customers looking to travel within the city and its nearby areas.
About the Role:
The individual will be responsible for engaging with outstation cab vendor accounts and corporate supply partners operating across India. They will be expected to drive supply participation in key charters and product features, while taking ownership of core vendor quality KPIs. A critical aspect of the role involves close collaboration with corporate Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure seamless alignment and execution. Additionally, the role requires on-ground travel to meet partners, gather insights, and incorporate feedback to enhance supply performance and partner experience.
What will you be doing:
1. Relationship and Account Management:
- Manage end-to-end account operations for large partners across outstation locations.
- Maintain a strong corporate supply fleet while driving sustainable performance.
- Travel across portfolio cities to engage with partners and offer expertise.
- Share insights, metrics, and recommendations based on industry best practices.
2. Process Management and Driving Growth:
- Drive top-line and bottom-line growth through strategic initiatives in the outstation and corporate cab segments.
- Ensure price competitiveness, inventory availability, and an optimal mix of cab categories.
- Maintain key supply metrics including fulfillment rates, NPS, and on-time performance.
- Standardize operational processes, streamline billing, and manage the partner escalation matrix.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Create targeted sales plans by geography and service line, and drive execution to meet business goals.
- Build MIS and market intelligence reports to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze performance reports at regular intervals to provide actionable insights and enhance outcomes.
4. Negotiation:
- Engage with partners on contractual pricing to maintain rate parity across channels.
- Negotiate commission structures to ensure sustainable and healthy margins
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institute, with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred candidates with prior experience in Key Account Management, Contracting, B2B Sales, and Business Development.
- Openness to travel and a hands-on execution mindset.
- Strong analytical ability; comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ease with handling data and drawing insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
