Position: Key Account Executive / Depot Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a responsible candidate to handle the operations of our Bangalore Sales Depot. The candidate will be responsible for sales coordination, stock management, dispatch coordination, invoicing, and basic financial activities to ensure smooth depot operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Billing

• Generate sales invoices and maintain sales records.
• Coordinate with customers and sales team for order processing.

Stock Management

• Maintain stock records and monitor stock levels.
• Handle stock transfers between units/depots.
• Ensure proper documentation of stock movement.

Dispatch Coordination

• Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely order delivery.
• Ensure correct product dispatch and documentation.

Petty Cash Handling

• Maintain petty cash records and daily expense tracking.

Bank Work

• Handle basic banking activities such as cash deposit and bank visits.

Coordination

• Coordinate with Head Office and internal departments for smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidate must be able to handle field work and depot operations.
• Must know local language
• Basic knowledge of sales invoicing and stock management
• Ability to handle multi-tasking responsibilities
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / billing software preferred)

Qualification

• B.Com / BBA / Any Commerce Graduate preferred

Experience

• 13 years experience in sales depot / warehouse / sales coordination

Skills Required

• Good communication skills
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Stock handling experience
• Responsibility and reliability
