Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in SQL Developer Kafka and Core Java. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and contribute to the development and maintenance of our software applications. This role requires a deep understanding of technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using SQL Developer Kafka and Core Java.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Help maintain code quality organization and automation.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement and maintain data pipelines using Kafka.Optimize SQL queries and database performance.Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in SQL Developer Kafka and Core Java.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show proficiency in writing clean maintainable and efficient code.Have experience with version control systems like Git.Understand Agile development methodologies.Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Show a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).Demonstrate experience in performance tuning and optimization.Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.Have experience with cloud platforms is a nice to have.Show familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker is a plus.
