About the Role

We are hiring a Junior Web Developer with 12 years of hands-on experience who can contribute from Day 1.This is an execution-focused role. You will work closely with a senior developer to build responsive, high-quality websites with pixel-level precision. The role requires speed, accuracy, clean structuring, and the ability to handle multiple live projects simultaneously.

Experience Required

• 12 years of hands-on web development experience
• Must have built multiple live websites independently
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and responsive architecture
• Working knowledge of JavaScript
• WordPress experience required
• Webflow or Shopify exposure preferred
• Portfolio required (live website links mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Assist senior developer in building full responsive websites
• Convert Figma prototypes into polished, functional web pages
• Support WordPress and Webflow builds
• Gain exposure to Shopify, Bootstrap, and Framer
• Implement structured layouts with pixel-level precision
• Ensure responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Populate CMS content accurately
• Assist with debugging and layout fixes
• Support performance optimisation
• Maintain clean class naming and structured code
• Follow internal development SOPs
• Meet strict project deadlines
• Support multiple concurrent website builds
• Implement revisions quickly based on feedback
• Communicate progress proactively

• Layout systems (Flexbox, Grid)
• Basic JavaScript
• Ability to interpret Figma accurately
• Strong understanding of spacing, alignment, visual hierarchy
