Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Visualizer who can translate ideas into visually compelling designs for digital platforms. The role involves collaborating with creative teams to execute engaging visual concepts for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing collaterals.
• Work closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Strategists to execute creative ideas.
• Support senior designers in developing campaign creatives, brand visuals, and design assets.
• Maintain visual consistency across platforms and formats.
• Translate campaign briefs into strong visual storytelling.
• Stay updated on design trends, digital formats, and creative tools.

Skills & Tools Required

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects (basic knowledge preferred)
• Figma or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in graphic design or visual design.
• Prior experience in a creative / digital marketing agency is preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital creatives and campaign work.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Educational Background (Preferred)

Candidates from design institutes such as:

• NIFT
• ISDI
• Pearl Academy
• The Design Village (TDV)
• Or any equivalent design/visual communication background.
