Junior Visual Designer (On-site)

Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Visual Designer to join our design team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about visual storytelling and design execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, a keen eye for detail, and the willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative environment. You will work closely with the Lead Visual Designer to support ongoing projects and build high-quality visual outputs.

You will contribute to creative presentation design, LinkedIn post creatives for Qcept, marketing collateral, pitch decks, brochures, event presentations, and more.

Relevant professional experience: 01 year (Freshers can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing design projects aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines.
• Support the team in developing pitch decks, brochures, social media creatives, event presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Explore and experiment with AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Adobe Firefly to enhance creativity and speed up workflows.
• Ensure attention to detail and maintain design quality standards before sharing work internally.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices while actively learning from senior team members.

Skills:

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Familiarity with presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Interest in AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, or Adobe Firefly.
• Strong willingness to learn and take feedback positively.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing academic, internship, freelance, or personal design projects (presentations, branding, social media creatives, etc.).

CTC Range: 3-5 LPA (Based on skills and portfolio strength)
