Role Overview.

Through our Brand Experience division, we build sound visual narratives for a diverse range of clientele delivering transformative experiences that respond intelligently to context, culture, and community fostering human connection, environmental stewardship, and long-term social value through built spaces.

Were hiring a Junior Visual Communication Designer to join our team. The role blends design thinking with strong execution, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all client touchpoints, from presentations to campaigns to both digital and physical experiences.

What we seek.

A creative visual communication designer with an eye for functional design that converts. Primary roles include supporting/ developing brand narratives for the firm as well as individual projects for our clients .

Take ownership of marketing activities and actively brainstorm campaigns to enhance brand recall and retention.

Create, curate and deliver engaging content across social touchpoints aimed at organic growth and community building.

Build impact driven pitch decks, proposals, portfolios and other client facing collaterals.

Proficiency in video editing and visual curation.

You have a deep understanding of design patterns, and have a strong grasp of visualizing data. You have excellent communication and presentation skills. You are able to clearly articulate design decisions to key stakeholders.

Qualifications.

Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication or Fine Arts, or other related fields.

1-3 years of experience in visual design roles(Freshers will be considered depending on proof of work delivered and ability to take full ownership of design cycles.)

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Suite, graphic designing tools and professional video editing software.
