We are looking for highly focused individuals with basic computer proficiency to join our team as Remote Surveillance Customer Service Representatives.

The position involves monitoring security systems, handling alarms from various portals, reviewing footage for verification, and coordinating with law enforcement when required.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to
1. Remote Monitoring & Alarm Handling Continuously monitor live surveillance feeds for security breaches, suspicious activity, or incidents. Assess and respond to alarms triggered on various platforms, ensuring prompt action. Accurately classify alarms as genuine threats, false alerts, or technical errors. Escalate critical situations to supervisors or emergency responders when necessary.
2. Video Review & Verification Review recorded footage to verify incidents and identify any unauthorized activity. Compare current incidents with past recordings to detect patterns or recurring threats. Maintain accurate records of reviewed footage, noting timestamps and key details.
3. Communication & Incident Reporting Communicate professionally with law enforcement, security teams, and emergency responders when necessary. Provide real-time updates and clear descriptions of incidents over the phone or via written reports Ensure accurate documentation of all incidents, including time, location, and actions taken. Prepare and submit daily or shift-end reports summarizing activities and incidents handled.
4. Technical & System Management Operate various surveillance software and tools efficiently. Use Microsoft Word and Excel to document and organize reports Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to system connectivity or alerts. Follow operational procedures for handling security threats and system errors.
5. Team Collaboration & Continuous Learning Work closely with team members to ensure seamless coordination during shift changes. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and software improvements. Adapt to evolving security technologies and protocols.
