Type: Internship (Full-Time, 6 days/week, 10 hours/day | Minimum 3 months)

Stipend: 20,000/month

This is a 3-month, full-time on-site internship with a clear path to a full-time role based on performance, & strong chance to become the founding member of Dharmik. The role focuses on creating high-impact video content that drives our brand growth across social media and e-commerce platforms.

About Us

We're a spiritual lifestyle startup led by an IIT Roorkee '19 graduate. Achieved 15x growth in 3 months to 2Cr+ revenue run rate. Backed by founders of Bewakoof, Palmonas & Upside Learning, ex CTO of slice, IIT Roorkee, IIT Bombay, Stanford, Harvard alums looking to scale rapidly in 2026. As we close our pre-seed round, we're looking for a video editing rockstar to work directly with the founder.

Responsibilities

As our Video Editor Intern, you'll be the creative force behind all our visual content. Your work will directly impact our brand presence and revenue growth:

• Edit high-performing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form content that tells our brand story
• Use AI tools to generate posters, visuals, and video assets for faster content production
• Transform raw footage into scroll-stopping content with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling
• Design eye-catching thumbnails and social media graphics using Photoshop
• Create eye-catching posters for meta ads.
• Iterate quickly based on performance datawhat works stays, what doesn't gets reimagined
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all video content and platforms
• Collaborate on product videos, UGC-style content, founder-led videos, and ad creatives

Requirements

Must Have:

• Advanced Photoshop skills You should be highly proficient in creating thumbnails, graphics, and layouts
• Expert in at least 2 out of these 4 video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma
• DaVinci Resolve
• CapCut
• Adobe After Effects
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
• Graphic design sense for creating clean, compelling layouts and visual hierarchy
• Strong portfolio showcasing Reels, YouTube content, or social media videos you've edited
• Understanding of what makes content perform: pacing, hooks, retention, storytelling
• Ability to work fast and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics
• High ownership mindset and willingness to experiment with new styles and formats

Bonus:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation
• Knowledge of color grading and audio mixing
• Understanding of spiritual/lifestyle content aesthetics
