based selling.

Role Summary
As a Junior Vertical Lead, you will work closely with a Vertical Head and/or Senior
Vertical Lead while independently owning smaller to mid-sized projects. This role is
designed for professionals who already understand project-based B2B sales and want
to grow into a senior closure role in bespoke, architect-driven businesses.
This is not a learning internship or a retail sales role.
Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership & Sales Execution
Own an annual revenue target of 1.5 2.0 Cr
Handle assigned projects from enquiry to order confirmation
Follow up on drawings, samples, approvals, and pricing
Support senior team members on large, complex projects
Architect & Client Interaction
Build working relationships with architects, interior designers, and site teams
Attend meetings, site visits, and design discussions as required
Learn early-stage project qualification and commercial decision-making
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with internal design, production, and operations teams
Track timelines, approvals, and documentation
Ensure smooth handover once projects are closed
Commercial Discipline & Learning
Understand pricing structures and margin sensitivities
Escalate discount requests no independent discounting
Build forecasting and reporting discipline
Who Should Apply
47 years of experience in project-based B2B sales
Exposure to architect-, designer-, or project consultant-led selling
Comfortable working on multi-month sales cycles
Willingness to learn and grow in a high-accountability environment
Relevant Industry Background (any one acceptable)
Decorative or architectural lighting
Furniture or interior products
Building materials (tiles, paints, facades, bath fittings)
Interior fit-out or project sales roles
This Role Is Not For
Retail showroom sales profiles

Dealer-only or distributor-only sales roles
