Junior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Were looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who is design-first and UI-focused, with an interest in working with AI-powered design tools like Base 44 AI.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating clean, modern interfaces and wants to grow their skills in UI execution, visual design, and AI-assisted workflows.

Youll work closely with strategy and development teams to turn ideas into intuitive and visually strong web and mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity UI for web and mobile with a focus on layout, visual consistency, and aesthetics.
• Use Base 44 AI to explore, iterate, and enhance interface designs and prototypes.
• Support the UI process from wireframes to polished final screens.
• Help build and maintain basic design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Improve user journeys while keeping interfaces clean, functional, and easy to use.
• Work with developers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate execution.
• Stay curious about new UI trends and AI-driven design tools.

Requirements

• 0.61.5 years of experience in UI/UX design (internship or freelance experience works too).
• Basic hands-on exposure or strong interest in Base 44 AI or similar AI design tools.
• Good command of Figma (mandatory). Knowledge of Framer, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus.
• Understanding of layout, typography, colour, spacing, and responsive design.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
• A portfolio showcasing UI-focused and visual design work.
