Location: On-Site ONLY - Rajendra Place, New Delhi | Full-time | Monday-Friday

Salary: Uncapped 75-25% Profit Sharing model

Capital Allocation: 2050 Lakhs (based on performance review), strict 12% maximum monthly drawdown limit

At Commitment Group, an NBFC Registered Financial Services Firm with 38+ years of industry leadership, we dont just hire traders; we back them. We are launching the Junior Trader Incubator, a high-intensity program designed for traders who have the strategy but lack the capital and institutional discipline to scale. This is a serious commitment for serious traders ready to move from retail setups to professional desk trading.

Role Overview:

As a Junior Trader in this incubator, you will operate as an individual contributor, managing firm capital under the guidance of our expert senior traders. You will be expected to audit your performance daily & undergo weekly team review. We believe a pro trader isn't defined by a lucky win, but by mastering discipline, emotional harness and unwavering consistency. We provide the capital and the mentorship; you provide the execution.

Responsibilities:

• Live Market Execution: Trade active sessions from 9:15 am 3:30 pm daily.
• Capital Management: Manage an initial book of 2050 Lakhs with a strict 12% maximum monthly drawdown limit.
• Psychological Rigor: We do not hire "gut-feeling" traders; we hire data-driven executors. Maintain a detailed digital record of every trade, focusing on the "why" behind the entry and the emotional state during the hold.
• Data-Driven Audits: Conduct daily and weekly "post-mortems" using our mandatory trade journaling framework to identify behavioral leaks.
• Strategy Refinement: Work alongside expert traders to sharpen your edge in Equities, Options, and Commodities.
• Community Contribution: Share verified insights and setups within the Commitment App ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Experience: 14 years of active trading experience (Equity, F&O, or Commodities). Option Sellers highly preferred.
• The "Discipline" Factor: You must demonstrate an obsession with journaling.We do not hire "gut-feeling" traders; we hire data-driven executors, whose track record demonstrates mastery of discipline, emotional harness and unwavering consistency.
• Resilience: Ability to maintain composure under drawdown and adhere strictly to risk parameters.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in technical analysis and a deep understanding of Risk-to-Reward (R:R) dynamics.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi for on-site trading at our Rajendra Place HQ.

HOW TO APPLY (Mandatory 3-Step Process)

We are looking for the top 1% of disciplined traders. We do not hire "gut-feeling" traders; we hire data-driven executors, whose track record demonstrates mastery of discipline, emotional harness, and unwavering consistency.To be considered, you must provide data-backed proof of your execution style and self-reflective capacity using below steps.

Step 1: The Performance Log: Log your trades from a *Full 5-day trading week* via Trade Track (tradetrack.co.in) .This can be a historical week or your current trading week. We use this platform to standardize our review of your discipline and emotional harness.

Step 2: The Trade Audit: Once your 5-day log is complete, download the Excel reports of your *All 4* - Dashboard,Analytics,Strategies & Brokerage/Taxes sections. Prepare a "Trade Audit" (Max 500 words) answering:

1. Successes: What does the data say you did right this week?
2. Leaks: Where did you lose discipline? (e.g., "I ignored my stop-loss on Wednesday," or "I over-traded the afternoon chop by 4:1 RR").

Step 3: Submission Email your CV, Trade Track Excel Reports, and Trade Audit to: .Note: We only back traders who can look at their own data objectively. If you cannot provide a transparent, journaled record of your performance via Trade Track, you are not ready for this level of capital.
