About the Role:

G.S.S.N is looking for a Junior Designer with a background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. You will be the "Structural Backbone" of our projects, turning the Senior Engineers expertise into high-precision technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting & Strength Analysis: Create detailed drawings for mounting structures and perform strength analysis (Weight loading & Wind load).

Topography & Civil Work: Work on land contouring, foundations, and civil layout drawings for ground-mount projects across Tamil Nadu.

Site Surveys: Travel to sites to collect topographical data and roof measurements.

BOM Generation: Prepare accurate Bill of Materials for steel and civil components.

Requirements:

Background: Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with a strong interest/certification in Solar.

Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Knowledge of structural analysis tools is a major plus.

Mindset: Ability to translate field inputs (topography/soil) into workable engineering drawings.
