Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Junior Software Engineer role. The Junior Software Engineer will support software development projects by contributing to the design, implementation, and testing of applications. The daily tasks include writing and debugging code, collaborating with team members, maintaining back-end systems, and adhering to best practices in software development. The candidate will also have opportunities to learn and grow their technical skills while contributing to innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of IIT
• Must reside in Hyderabad, India
• Fundamental knowledge of Computer Science principles and concepts
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming
• React front-end experience, state management
• Backend in Python (e.g., Django/FastAPI) + integrating with MongoDB
• Full-stack experience
• Location/remote: work hours aligned with Pacific time zones
• Ownership: The candidate should be able to develop, propose architecture, debug, integrate third-party services, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience in software development or internships is a plus
