Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Site Engineer, located in Guwahati. The Junior Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines, and collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, coordinating with contractors, implementing quality control measures, and assisting in structural evaluations and engineering tasks. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site project management and working directly on construction sites
• Proficiency in communication, with the ability to convey information effectively to team members and stakeholders
• Knowledge of quality control processes and the ability to ensure projects meet established standards
• Understanding of Structural Engineering and practical applications within civil engineering projects
• Work experience relevant to Civil Engineering, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations and construction standards
