Junior Servicenow Developer

Build and configure applications, Workflows, and reports. 

Support the business users in performing UAT and sign-off.

Follow existing Change and Release management process to deploy new requirements through pre-production (stage) and then in Production environment.

Upkeep of SNOW data and relevant database instances. 

Implement integration to other third-party systems as required, wherever there is out of the box integrations exist.

Create custom reports and maintain them as per the requirements.

Create dashboards for the leadership teams to review insights, make meaningful decisions.

Ensure the customization does not impact the performance of the system.

Ensure all changes are documented as part of the release managed plan and tie them to the business requirements
