About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior SEO & Content Executive to support SEO delivery across multiple active client accounts. This role is ideal for someone with foundational SEO knowledge who is eager to grow within a structured, performance-driven environment.

You will work under the guidance of the senior SEO team while independently managing defined deliverables across 56 client accounts. This position is deadline-driven and requires strong initiative, confidence, and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support SEO execution across 56 active client accounts
• Conduct structured keyword research aligned to search intent
• Produce SEO-optimised blog content (800+ words) in British English
• Write content aligned with brand tone and positioning
• Implement on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking)
• Assist with technical SEO audits and flag SEO issues
• Support backlink research and outreach
• Prepare structured monthly SEO reports
• Track keyword rankings and performance improvements
• Maintain organised documentation of SEO updates
• Communicate progress clearly to the senior team
• Participate in client-facing discussions when required
• Meet weekly deadlines consistently
• Execute tasks based on structured SEO strategies

Skills Required

• 612 months exposure to SEO or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Ability to write SEO-optimised content in British English
• Keyword research and search intent understanding
• On-page SEO structuring knowledge
• Basic technical SEO awareness
• Experience using Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Confident communicator
• Proactive and self-driven mindset
• Able to work without constant supervision

Preferred Skills

• Agency experience
• Experience writing for e-commerce, local services, health/aesthetic clinics, or professional services
• Familiarity with SEMrush or Ahrefs
• Experience using Screaming Frog
• WordPress or CMS experience
• Commercial awareness of performance-led brands
• Comfortable contributing in team discussions
