Primary skills:
Endtoend monitoring, alert validation and enrichment, incident/request management, KPI reporting
Secondary skills:
ITIL processes, automation/runbook awareness, documentation and knowledge management
Roles and responsibilities:
Monitor application and infrastructure health, validate and route alerts with clear diagnostics, and publish regular operational reports.
