Position: Junior Secretary
Location Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Calendar management.
- Planning proactively for International and Domestic travel related such as flights & hotels booking, forex and cars.
- Scheduling all client and internal meetings, proactive planning, anticipate and resolve conflicts and rescheduling commitments appropriately.
- Expense management.
- Reminding the Sr leader of important tasks and deadlines.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Communicate, follow up and resolve expense reimbursement with Finance team, any technical issues with IT, administrative support with admin team or with HR, etc.
- Arranging ground logistics for Senior member visits/client visits.
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Qualifications: -Any Graduate.
- Experience: 2-3 Years as a secretary, or a fresher who has studied a Secretary course.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams.
- Good knowledge of communication tools like Teams, Zoom and WebEx.
