Junior Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Executive to support our sales team in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter looking to build a long-term career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and networking
• Assist senior sales executives in managing client accounts
• Present products/services to prospective customers and explain benefits
• Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems regularly
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 02 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
