DBGTECH Solutions is a leading smart home and automation company based in Mumbai, specializing in premium home automation solutions including Apple HomeKit, Aqara, Govee, smart lighting, networking, and IoT devices. We work with homeowners, architects, builders, and commercial clients to deliver advanced automation systems.

We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, communicating with clients, explaining automation products, and assisting in converting leads into customers.

• Handle customer inquiries and sales leads from website, phone, and social media.
• Explain smart home automation products and solutions to clients.
• Assist customers in selecting the right automation products and packages.
• Prepare quotations and proposals for clients.
• Follow up with clients to close sales opportunities.
• Maintain client details and sales progress in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with the technical team for project requirements.
• Support meetings with architects, builders, and homeowners when required.

• Good English speaking and communication skills.
• Basic electrical knowledge or understanding of electrical products.
• Interest in smart home automation and technology.
• Basic knowledge of computers, email communication, and CRM systems.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Sales or customer interaction experience is preferred.

Monday to Saturday

11:00 AM 7:00 PM

20,000 25,000 per month (based on experience)
