Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to manage online inquiries, generate leads, and support digital sales activities. The candidate will communicate with customers through online platforms, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the internal team to close sales. This is an onsite position based in Taraghadi, Rajkot, Gujarat.

Qualification:

• 12^th / BBA / MBA (Marketing preferred) or Any Other related Field.
• Freshers may apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries received through website, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
• Generate new leads through online portals and digital channels.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
• Prepare and share quotations as per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for order processing.
• Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and orders.
• Update customer data in CRM or sales records
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
• Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point) & Email.
• Understanding of online sales platforms and digital communication.
• Strong follow-up skills and customer handling ability.
• Must comply with company policies and procedures.
