Junior Sales and Merchandising Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales and Merchandising Manager to join our jewellery brand. This role is ideal for someone with 0-2 years of work experience who is passionate about the e-commerce market. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, liaising with clients, stores and stylists.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist clients in selecting the perfect jewellery pieces, offering expert advice and guidance.

1. Sales Management:

• Achieve sales and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the brand.
• Identify new sales opportunities and proactively engage with potential clients.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

1. Merchandising:

• Coordinate with retail stores stocking our products, coordinating new stock, sales reports and all communication with them.
• Monitor stock levels and work with the supply chain team to manage replenishments.

1. Liaison with PR Companies:

• Collaborate with PR companies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Assist in organizing events, promotions, and other marketing activities.

1. Store and Exhibition Coordination:

• Act as a point of contact between the brand and the retail store.
• Travelling for exhibitions to set up pop up stores and interact with clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or a related role, preferably within the ecommerce field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
