Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter & Front Desk Executive who will manage front office responsibilities while supporting the recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a willingness to learn recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Manage the front desk operations and welcome visitors professionally.
- Maintain visitor entry records in the log book.
- Handle Inward & Outward register entries for documents and courier.
- Record and maintain employee movement entries when employees leave the office for official work.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department.
- Ensure proper coordination with internal teams for visitor meetings.
Recruitment Support
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Support the HR Manager in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining hiring data.
- Gain knowledge and exposure to recruitment and HR processes.
Administrative Support
- Maintain and update office records and documentation.
- Support basic HR and administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional and presentable personality.
Preferred Skills
- Interest in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.
- Ability to handle front office responsibilities and HR coordination simultaneously.
