Job Title: Junior Recruiter ( Domestic Recruitment)
Recruiter ( Domestic Recruitment Non-IT & IT)
Location: Hitech-City, Hyderabad 100% onsite
Shift: 10am IST - 7pm IST
Position Summary-
We are seeking a Junior Recruiter with 12 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment (IT & Non-IT) to support our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, effectively source and engage candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and deliver quality hires aligned with client requirements. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: job intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for both IT and non-IT roles using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate & Client Engagement
- Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and expectations.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Submit qualified candidates, manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-up.
Database & Compliance
- Maintain and update candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendors Management Systems (VMS).
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with employment standards, client guidelines, and data privacy protocols.
- Performance & Reporting
- Meet sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and metrics to team leads or stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 12 years of experience in Domestic recruitment (IT & Non-IT roles).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven experience using job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, etc.), ATS tools, and sourcing techniques.
