Junior Recruiter

Amadora is growing fast, and were looking for aJunior Recruiterwith hands-on experience in theQSR / food & beverage industryto help us build strong store and operations teams across locations.

As a Junior Recruiter at Amadora, youll manage end-to-end hiring for frontline and junior management roles, ensuring we bring in people who fit both the role and our culture.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for QSR roles (store staff, supervisors, kitchen & ops roles)
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and local networks
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
• Maintain recruitment trackers and basic hiring reports
• Support onboarding coordination and documentation
• Build and maintain a pipeline for high-turnover QSR roles

• 13 years of recruitment experience,preferably in QSR / retail / hospitality
• Strong understanding of frontline hiring challenges
• Good communication and people skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
