Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Understand requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria

Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans

Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UI testing

Identify, report, and track defects with clear reproduction steps

Verify bug fixes and ensure proper closure

Collaborate with development and product teams during releases

Maintain QA documentation and testing reports

Required Skills:

13 years of experience in Manual Software Testing

Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC

Experience testing web and mobile applications

Good knowledge of defect lifecycle, severity, and priority

Familiarity with Jira or similar bug-tracking tools

Strong analytical and communication skills

Good to Have:

Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)

Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman)

Basic SQL knowledge

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
